📌 Digital Marketing Job Description
Plan, create, and manage content for various digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Website, etc.).
Manage and optimize digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) to increase traffic and sales.
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior for effective marketing strategies.
Analyze digital campaign performance and create regular reports.
Collaborate with design, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand message consistency.
Manage SEO and SEM to improve website rankings in search engines.
Monitor interactions with audiences on social media and build positive engagement.
✅ Digital Marketing Qualification
Minimum education D3/S1 in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields.
Have at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing (fresh graduates will be considered if they have a portfolio).
Mastering social media and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
Understand the basics of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
Able to create creative content (photos, videos, captions) that suits the target market.
Have good data analysis skills to measure campaign effectiveness.
Creative, communicative, and able to work with targets & deadlines.
